Our mattresses use an abundance of Wool and two layers of Cotton as the fire retardant layer. Neither the Wool or Cotton are chemically treated. We do not use fiberglass, boric acid, or antimony in our mattresses.
Researching the type of FR solution in any premium mattress is a good idea as flame retardants vary greatly from one luxury brand to another.
